Directions

 

We meet at Ascension Lutheran Church. 7607 Garden Gate Drive in Citrus Heights, California (see map below).

From Interstate 80 drive east one block. Turn right on Garden Gate. At approximately one block it appears that Garden Gate turns to the right, but it actually crosses Van Maren, which is the street that veers to the right. Parking is available in the lot at the rear of the church.

 

 

 

Officers

 

PRESIDENT: Beth Self
Organize, lead, inspire, direct and develop the SCW with the input of the members. Provide a cordial place for writers to find information and critiquing for their words in writing for Him.

 

VICE-PRESIDENT: Vernalee Huckabay
Help the president to carry out the responsibilities of the group and to substitute at meetings when the president is absent.

 

SECRETARY: Lila Fraizer
To take minutes for the web page, "What You Missed..." To assemble and provide packets to visitors at meetings. Correspond with other groups as requested.

 

TREASURER : Sharon Ludden
Responsible for managing SCW's bank account. Collect dues and monies for special events. Prepare financial reports. Reimburse expenses to members with required receipt. Write checks for speakers.

Update web pages based on information received from officers and other members.

 

HOSPITALITY: Shirley Whisler

Meet and greet members and visitors as they arrive at the meeting. Provide and offer refreshments and name tags to all present. Pray for and encourage other leaders and members.
